PEC’s integral field team, who work directly with the families of those affected, meet with Prita Jha every month to collectively go through PEC’s action plan, review the current strategy, discuss ways of improving our service and moving forward for the coming month.
New initiatives and extension to current processes are brainstormed and ongoing cases are also reviewed for next steps and the sharing of best practices within the district of Gujarat.
This regular meeting means that the grass-roots team can update Prita on their work over the course of the month and find ways in which to enhance their work and also identify their own development plans.
