The POSH Act – known in full as Prevention of Sexual Harassment Act 2013 / Sexual Harassment of Women Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act 2013 stipulates that all organisations and businesses who employ more than 10 people must facilitate training for their workforce on this law.
As such, PEC is offering specialised training which can be organised online for all your staff/faculty to be able to attend remotely from the safety of their homes.
