PEC’s team consisting Director Prita Jha, State field Co-Ordinator Usman bhai paid a visit to Sabarkantha on February 23. They were joined by the local field activist Shabana ben during this trip. The purpose of this visit was to meet the victims and their families in the agrarian parts of Sabarkantha. The organization plans these filed visits in order to show their moral and legal support to the survivors and their families. It also helps us in understanding their cases in a better way. The families usually feel comforted after meeting the team which enables them to share the updates with us and also provide a feedback to us if the need be.
